Data and purposes
When you contact Zynka by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp or through the wall-project form, you may provide your identity, contact details, company, wall dimensions, project description and photos or documents. This data is used to answer your request, assess feasibility, prepare a quotation and visual proposals, arrange a demonstration or provide commercial follow-up.
Forms and uploaded files
The machine-purchase form prepares a message in your e-mail application. The wall-project form securely sends and stores the information and files you choose to upload. These items can only be viewed in Zynka’s private area.
Legal basis and recipients
Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the prospect and Zynka’s legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Information is intended for authorised Zynka personnel. It is shared with a partner operator only after the project has been approved and with the customer’s agreement. It is shared with GRENKE LOCATION SAS only when you explicitly request a financing review and after appropriate information.
Retention period
Prospecting information is kept for the time needed to process the request and for no more than three years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or contractual relationship requires a different period.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object to the processing of your data, by writing to zynka@gmax.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
Zynka has not added advertising or audience measurement tools to this version. The hosting platform may nevertheless use technical elements required for security and operation of the service.
